| | CLEVER is a prospective, randomized, multicenter clinical trial designed to determine optimal treatment for claudication due to aortoiliac disease. It compares the benefits of supervised exercise, endovascular revascularization, and optimal medical care. |

| | Inability to exercise on a treadmill; allergy to cilostazol or intravenous contrast; congestive heart failure; other exclusions may apply |
