We will accept applications for the 2010 program through the ERAS program only. Application Deadline: The deadline to have a complete application in ERAS is 12/31/2008. Interviews We anticipate being able to notify applicants regarding interview status by February 2nd, 2009. Interviews will be conducted in March and April of 2009. Required Documents: The following supporting documents should be submitted via the ERAS program: The ERAS application Medical school transcript (official) Personal statement Three (3) letters of recommendation, including one from your program director. Please note: the ERAS system can accommodate up to 5 recommendation letters. (Please do not send additional letters or copies of publications to us in the mail)
Information for applicants on a Visa: J-1 clinical visas will be sponsored for applicants who are accepted into the program. Foreign medical graduates will need to have completed an ACGME-approved residency program in Internal Medicine in the United States prior to beginning the program. If you are currently on an ECFMG-sponsored visa and are accepted to the program, we will ask you to provide a copy of your USMLE score report at that time. At this time we are not able to sponsor H-1 visas.
